Globalization,
the rise of
international
activities
of small and
medium-sized
firms, and
growing
interdependence
of national
economies

greater

And,
according to

International,
there is a
critical
shortage of
doctoral
qualified
business
faculty. The
Doctor of
Business
Administration
(DBA)
program at
the Nance
College of
Business
Administration
is designed
to engage
and prepare
a new
generation
of aspiring
academicians
and driven
practitioners
for
rewarding
careers in
Global
Business.
The DBA
program is
taught by
Nance
College of
Business
graduate
faculty who
are selected
for
expertise in
their
disciplines
and for
their
related
experience
in business.
Building on
our
long-standing
relationship
with ESC
Clermont
Graduate
School of
Management,
students now
have the
opportunity
to complete
the DBA
degree in
Global
Business in
France, at
the ESC
Clermont
Campus in
Clermont-Ferrand.
In this
program,
you’ll
develop
functional
expertise
within an
interdisciplinary
and global
framework so
that you may
advance
business
theory and
practice,
making
significant
contributions
to the
larger
community.

Collegiate

Business (AACSB
International),
the hallmark

excellence

management

ESC
Clermont,

Grande Ecole

long-standing

CURRICULUM
The doctoral
degree
requires a
minimum of
sixty-eight
semester
credit hours
(forty-four
hours of
courses and
twenty-four
hours of
doctoral
research)
with a
minimum
grade point
average of
3.0.
Participation
is limited
only to
those
students
admitted to
the DBA
program,
ensuring the
highest
caliber peer
group in the
classroom.
Prepatory
Requirements:
Applicants
must
demonstrate
a
satisfactory
level in
English. The
basic
preparation
for the DBA
program is a
business or
management
master’s
degree or
its
equivalent.
