India visit to foster partnerships and boost student recruitment

There is a large scale of collaboration linking Groupe ESC Clermont with different Indian educational institutions and consultants for many years.

The business school maintains ties with 3 Indian Institute of Management (IIM) members dispersed over three different cities: IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore and IIM Indore. The IIM network is a group of public institutions in India that are specialized in management education and that are very well-ranked and reputed for the quality of their degrees and teaching pedagogy. One of the earliest partnerships established with an Indian university is that with International School of Business and Research (ISBR) Bangalore, a private institution in India.

Two representatives of Groupe ESC Clermont visited India during the month of February: Dr. Helga Foure-Joopen, Faculty member and Academic advisor for Asia and Mr. Mohamed Elzayadi, Recruitment Manager of the International Office. The mission of the visit revolved around two different axes: strengthening university partnerships and advancing student recruitment.

Besides visiting the partner universities in India, they also visited two educational consultancies that are specialized in student orientation and counseling: Join in campus in Ahmedabad and Europe Study Center in New Delhi where direct interaction with students interested in studying in France has taken place, many parents of those students had also participated in those exchanges.
