1) What are the objectives of the IAB?

• To accompany and support the School in its challenges and strategic development,
• To offer a complementary perspective in areas such as the School’s international visibility or its relationship with the business world and thus enrich the internal reflection process of the ESC Clermont Business School,
• To have representatives of the academic community and companies work together on the development of the School and the scope of its activities in the academic and socio-economic worlds.

2) Who are the members of the IAB?

 The Board, which meets once a year, is made up of members of the School as well as recognized personalities from various sectors: 

• 4 external members, at least 3 of whom hold positions of responsibility in international business schools (at least 2 are from our international, accredited, and renowned academic partners) and 2 members who hold or have held a senior position at the international level.
• 7 members of the ESC Clermont Business School staff.

3) How does the IAB work?

The members of the Board (ESC Clermont BS members and external members) meet once a year.

During this annual meeting, led by the Dean of ESC Clermont BS, a presentation of the activity report of the past year is made and then the 5-year strategy is discussed with a detailed presentation of the development projects for the coming year. 

These various presentations are followed by a time of exchange and open discussion. 

A report is then drawn up and circulated to IAB members, the School’s Board of Directors and the Management Committee.
