Home Management of Responsible Organizations - Master Grande Ecole Major

Reconciling Economic Performance and Societal Impact

How to Become a Responsible Company?

Companies need to strengthen their ‘responsible DNA’ if they want to transform and have a positive societal impact in the long run.  Those that do so are more likely to be sustainable and profitable.

When leaders/managers are strongly imbued with responsible issues, they are more likely to initiate fundamental organizational changes – i.e., practices, systems and processes, skills, tools to change the scope of action and directions of organizations.

Responsables MANOR

This major is for managers who wish to engage their organization in a responsible dynamic and will prepare students for jobs related to responsible management (diversity, QWL, social and societal reporting, extra-financial analyses, etc.): responsible management consultant, responsible development officer in local authorities or human resources manager.

A Major That Combines Theory and Practice

Etudiants Infolab

A Major Built Around the Fundamentals of Management

This course has been designed by a team of teacher-researchers and professionals and is aimed at mobilizing highly specialized knowledge and developing a critical awareness of knowledge in each specific field in relation to several different fields.

A Comprehensive Pedagogical Approach

The course is taught by both teacher-researchers and experienced practitioners with an aim of reconciling approaches and bringing together diverse viewpoints, as well as linking theory to reality  via the use of case studies and simulation games.

3 Strong Points to Remember:

  • The program will enable students to master the fundamentals of management and put them into perspective alongside the challenges of responsibility and transformation of organizations.
  • 7 modules have been designed to obtain a global vision of the company and how it interacts with its environment and how it can increase its capacity to adapt to societal issues (geopolitical, demographic, sociological, technological)
  • Practical cases to familiarize students with innovative management and team leadership practices.
