SquareLab Open Incubator: A New Class of Incubated Startups

20,500€ in Grants Awarded During the Event

Motivated by the challenge and coached by the incubator team to capture the audience’s attention, the SquareLab incubates presented their project in two minutes in front of some fifty guests from the institutional and entrepreneurial worlds.

The show was followed by a networking session between participants and guests with discussions mainly focused on the issues of Saas, automotive, sport and leisure and textile related to the incubated projects.

During this convivial event, special prizes were awarded to several project leaders by the Squarelab Open Incubator Partners.

Crédit Agricole Centre France awarded 5 “Innovation” grants of €2,000 to the following projects:

BOUCLES D’EBENE (Ebony Curls)- BY SANDRA BOZON

A brand of hairdressing salons specialized in advice on how to style textured hair. The aim is to pass on the keys to understanding and learning how to care for all hair types to a new generation of hairdressers.

SUNKEEPR – BY VICTOR PLATON, ADRIEN SANCHEZ AND KILLIAN LEGALLAIS

In France, owners of photovoltaic panels lose on average 50% of the energy produced. Sunkeepr provides innovative solutions to help its customers make the most of solar energy.

AUTOMOBILE CG – BY LOUIS-PAUL MALGA

The challenge: to give a second life to the famous brand of Automobile CG manufacturers and update the design of sportscars produced by the Cantal-based firm. With a team of passionate technicians and renowned partners, Louis-Paul is about to make his dream come true.

MEERAÏ – D’AURORE MARTINET

Meeraï is a marketplace for the sale and purchase of second-hand Mangas between individuals. Meeraï is an innovative digital platform that references the complete range of Mangas available in France and aims to offer an optimal buying experience for fans.

NJNOOS ENERGIES – BY SANTIAGO MOSQUERA AND FREDERIQUE RIMBAULT

This is a collaborative online market platform linking GMS franchised service stations with fuel suppliers through a multi-brand reverse auction system, giving franchisees access to the best offers on the market.

The ESC Clermont BS Foundation awarded 4 grants to a selection of impact projects:

MAISON ELIANE – BY ZOE PIALOUX

Maison Eliane is a shared house located in the Clermont-Ferrand city center for autonomous active Seniors, with the objective of maintaining autonomy and bringing together seniors who share similar passions and lifestyles.

HANDIOUI – BY GUILLAUME VACHIAS

A solution for bringing together able-bodied and disabled people to promote inclusion and raise awareness of disability through meetings, sports activities, etc.

OBLICALE – BY WENDY MOREL

Oblicale is a brand of trendy, industrially upcycled clothing for all women, regardless of their shape.
