Master in Management


The Master in Management at ESC Clermont in France is a 2-year programme taught entirely in English and accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. The programme is designed in collaboration with partner companies allowing graduates to have the necessary skills and experience needed to be fully operational in the beginning of their career. Graduates of the programme are prepared to take on high-level managerial positions in France, Europe or world-wide. The postgraduate program offers students a professional management training, various dual-degree and exchange opportunities, executive internships and an international environment.

The master degree is open to students who have completed 2 to 3 years of higher education and who are looking for an accredited and highly ranked Management qualification and training to excel in their future business career.



  • Taught in English: The international programme is entirely taught in English. A French and English track is also available.
  • International study experience: More than 100 partner universities. Various study specializations and dual-skill qualifications.
  • Preparation for managerial positions: Perform executive internships, apprenticeships or work placements to qualify for your upcoming business career and pursue high level management positions.


Admission Requirements for International Students

  • Bachelor Degree (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in English (Official TOEFL score of 550 at least, or IELTS 6.0)

The aim of the programme is to provide students with a solid background in management and broaden their knowledge about their area of interest. Students of the Master in Management acquire the necessary managerial skills to become future leaders in the business world. Graduates of the master programme evolve in a global environment where a multicultural background and practical training is essential.

 A solid background in management

Core courses in the fundamentals of management form the basis of the program with a focus on international issues. Innovative methods, tools and cross-disciplinary courses are used to develop an in-depth knowledge of economic, legal, geopolitical fields. Students will perfect their language skills and develop their cultural awareness.
Students may also complement their management training with an optional gap-year with various options available. They can obtain a dual-skill qualification from one of the business school’s partner universities. They can also spend a semester abroad in a partner university, do an internship, take a work placement or carry out a humanitarian project.

 A wide choice of tracks

Students may choose from a wide-range of tracks according to their personal career goals.

  • Study abroad tracks lasting from 6-36 months
  • Dual degree programs or dual-skill qualifications, in France or abroad.

Possibility of learning a new language (evening classes)
Students must obtain a minimum score of 750 in the TOEIC Exam to obtain their degree.
